Fix-n-Flip
I'm gearing up for another round of fixing and flipping some houses. I think I've found the next round and now we just need to nail down all the financial details, so we can get them fixed and ready to be flipped for the Spring buyer market. I would really love to be the flipper who is flipping 60 houses a year, as I've heard another is doing in my area. Once we get possession of some of the homes, I'll start posting some before pics and later post the after pics. It is always amazing, even to me and I've been doing this for awhile, how a house can transform into something totally different. I really love doing this.
